Opt Out
Since Cyberpunk 2077 is still a newwww game I thought I'd just smash up an opt-out post for anybody who wants to avoid game spoilers!

- Violence | As a merc, he's been in some highly violent situations before and may refer to them so warning for violence and in some cases death.
- Terminal illness | V actually died from being shot in the head but was resurrected again by a biochip that he has slotted into one of the chipslots in his skull. Unfortunately this biochip contained a personality construct and the chip's sole job is to prepare the host body to make it more suitable for the incoming personality. This means that V's body sees his own personality as an enemy and he's slowly dying while trying to find some way to survive it.
